| 1 Praise God for the wonderful experiences shared by volunteers through the Jan/Feb work projects! | 2 Thank God for each volunteer who shared their time and talents through the work projects. They are an encouragement to our partner ministries! | 3 Praise God for many miles safely traveled in spite of some nasty weather during the weeks of the work projects. | 4 Pray for the staff members of each ministry we partner with. May God continue to supply all of their daily needs. | 5 We praise God for the work that was accomplished but more importantly the Kingdom lessons learned and experienced through the work projects! | 6 We are entering the 6th month of our fiscal year – please consider a gift and help us stay current with our budget. |
7 Pastor Dan will be preaching at First CRC of Rock Valley during the AM service and at First CRC of Orange City during the evening service. | 8 Pray for the two loads going out in February – two to Wooten, KY and one to Cary, MS. | 9 Pray for Helping Hands Ministries of Wooten, KY. May the goods delivered be a blessing to the families of this area who use the store for their families needs.
| 10 Pray for the Cary Christian Center and the many programs they use to help people rebuild their lives in the MS Delta. May the goods delivered be a blessing and generate needed revenue. | 11 Pastor Dan and Mark Volkers (Dordt College) will be visiting some of JFA’s partner ministries in order to film material for a promo video for JFA. | 12 Praise God for the students from Northwestern and Dordt who will be spending their spring break serving at many ministries around the country! | 13 We pray for the young leaders who are emerging in the CCDA! May God grant them the wisdom, energy, and vision necessary to carry on this important work. |
14 Thank God for the opportunity to worship Him today. | 15 Pray for Pastor Dan in his duties as Executive Director of JFA. | 16 Pray for Corwin in his duties as Warehouse/ Transportation Manager at JFA. | 17 Pray for Pat in her duties as Ministry Coordinator at JFA. | 18 Pray for the board and committee members. May they seek God’s wisdom and guidance as they provide leadership to JFA. | 19 Pray for the plans being made for the CCDA ‘café’ coming to Sioux Falls in April. | 20 Pray for the World Vision ‘Targeting Hope’ Conference taking place at Cary Christian Center today. May rural ministry leaders be encouraged & learn from one another. |
21 Pastor Dan will be preaching at First CRC of Rock Valley today. | 22 Pray for those in the world who are sick, hungry, in prison, living in fear because of oppression and persecution. Pray that God will show us how our actions or lifestyle changes could make a difference. | 23 Continue to pray for peace in the world. | 24 Continue to seek God through His Word, prayer, books, and other avenues so that we can become effective Kingdom servants! | 25 We praise God today for the wonderful volunteers He supplies for the work that needs to be done at the JFA warehouse. So many – so faithful! | 26 We pray for Jon & Lori Bakker who will be moving from Jackson, MS to Omaha, NE where Jon has taken a position with the Habitat affiliate there. May God bless them in their transition. | 27 Pray for Rev. Perkins as he continues to share the message of ‘justice for all’. Pray for his health as well as for Vera Mae’s health concerns. |
